Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and food products, we follow a strict quality-first return policy.
- Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, leaked, or spoiled at the time of delivery
- Wrong product is delivered
An unboxing video or photos are mandatory for return approval.
- Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests beyond this period will not be accepted
- Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
